Danielle Thompson-Davis is an Instructional Coach with the Network for College Success. She has always had a passion for learning and building her own capacity to support the growth of others poised to change the life trajectory of students of color. As a parent of two diverse learners on opposite ends of the learning spectrum, she stands for adequate supports and opportunities for all learners regardless of differences and ability.
With over 20 years of educational experience in Washington, D.C., and Chicago, Danielle has coached as a teacher leader, an instructional support leader, and a Director of Curriculum and Instruction. As an academic writer and editor, she has provided curriculum and assessments for companies like Pearson Education and Random House Publishing, as well as developed assessment writing guidelines for a company providing English Language Learning Curriculum in three countries.
Danielle is a proud graduate of Howard University, the real HU, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She holds a Master of Education from National-Louis University in Curriculum and Instruction and is a National Board Certified Teacher in English.
