Holly Nuthmann

Student Intern

Holly Nuthmann is a current graduate student at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and will be serving as a student intern at the Network for College Success for the 2021-22 school year.

Prior to attending graduate school, Holly worked as a direct service provider for a number of community-based nonprofit organizations in the state of Oregon, acting as a case manager and skill builder for youth and young adults. Through these positions, Holly became familiar with how limitations and gaps in the support school districts offered students directly impacted the outcomes of the youth she served. Holly came to the University of Chicago with the hope of pursuing a career  to increase understanding and focus on equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts in education.

Holly earned her B.A. in Family and Human Services and Spanish from the University of Oregon in 2018 and expects to graduate with her A.M. in Social Work, Social Policy, and Social Administration from the University of Chicago Crown Family School in June 2022.
