Principal Impact Network

This network is designed for principals who want to move beyond managing the day-to-day and focus on the core work of improving outcomes for their least-served students.
Rather than adding another initiative, this network supports principals to create coherence, strengthen leadership teams, and build sustainable systems that drive results.

CONNECT Midwest brings together schools across the Midwest, including Chicago, that are committed to improving ninth-grade success by strengthening both student outcomes and student experiences through collaboration, shared learning, and continuous improvement.
This network builds on prior work by focusing more deeply on how teams create sustainable feedback loops using data and student voice to take action, monitor impact, and refine practice over time.

This network is grounded in the belief that anyone can be a data lead and that data leadership is both technical and adaptive.
Participants will deepen their data practice and leadership skills by:
- Identifying key research-based indicators that impact student success
- Developing the capacity to facilitate thoughtful, student-centered data conversations
- Learning how to equip teams with strategic tools—including protocols and templates—for rigorous, collaborative data work
