Juan Bautista

Juan Bautista is a Data and Coaching Support Specialist with the UChicago Network for College Success (NCS). Before joining NCS, he served as the Assistant Dean of Students at UIC College Prep, where he supported students through the implementation of a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), managed student scheduling, and oversaw key student data systems.

Originally from California, Juan has spent most of his life in Chicago. A proud graduate of Chicago Public Schools, he earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and later completed his M.S. in Applied Data Science at the University of Chicago.
