Dr. Kenyatta Starks, Ed.D., is an accomplished educational leader, consultant, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in school improvement, leadership development, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as Founder & CEO of Starks Consulting LLC and Chief of Staff & Partnerships at the Five Hands Foundation.
Dr. Starks is recognized for her ability to build high-performing leadership teams, design equity-driven systems, and deliver measurable outcomes in student achievement and staff growth. Her career spans roles as a turnaround principal, deputy chief in Chicago Public Schools, CEO of a multi-campus charter school network, and higher education adjunct professor.
Her work centers on empowering leaders to maximize their impact, close opportunity gaps, and create sustainable change for students and communities.
