Register for Leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

Thank you for your interest in the Leading Professional Learning Communities workshop!

Complete the form below to confirm your participation. We ask that you submit one registration per participant. If attending as a team or group, each participant must register separately. 

Program Dates: July 22-26, 2024
Time: 8:30am to 3:30pm each day
Location: Arturo Velasquez Institute 
Registration Deadline: June 26, 2024

*The 26th will be a half day. 


COST & PARTICIPATION

  • Standard Rate: $2,000
  • CPS Educator (non-partner school): $1,000
  • Partner Educators (PSN and FS4E only): $0 for up to 3 registrants total per school for Equity-Based Leadership and/or Leading Professional Learning Communities. Afterwards, cost is $500 per participant.  
    Example 1: One school registers one educator for LPLC and two for EBL at no cost. 
    Example: 2: One school registers three educators for EBL. A fourth educator registers for LPLC for $500.
    Note: FS4E educators are strongly encouraged to register for Equity-Based Leadership.
Cost includes breakfast and lunch each day and all materials. Attendance is required for all five days.

IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATES

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the Leading Professional Learning Communities workshop may request a full refund if NCS is notified of the cancellation by June 26, 2024. Registrants cancelling after June 26, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund and must pay the registration fee regardless of attendance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you are paying by check or purchase order, please contact Sandra Ortigoza. If you are requesting an invoice, schools must provide a copy of the PO or check prior to the start date of the Workshop.
