Jazmin Fermin

Jazmin Fermin is a Data Strategist with the UChicago Network for College Success (NCS). She supports coaches and school based data leads in understanding, collecting, transforming, and socializing data in order to move forward student outcomes. Prior to joining NCS, Jazmin was the Data Program Manager for the Cristo Rey Network. She was responsible for the collection, analysis, and communication of Cristo Rey Network data as well as supporting schools in developing tools to use data more strategically to improve performance.

Additionally, she was a Client Associate at a research consulting firm. There she worked side by side with consultants analyzing and delivering competitive, market data in order to identify market opportunities and provide actionable advice to clients.

Jazmin is a proud Bronx, NY native.
