This package is best suited for one high school seeking to develop and/or strengthen systems and structures that support 9th Grade Success (3.0 or higher GPA) for all students.

PROFSSIONAL SERVICES

• Site-Based Professional Development on 9th Grade On-Track Systems and Structures

• Coaching for Team Lead and/or Administrator

  • Virtual and In-Person

  • Administrators: 1 hour monthly

  • Team Leads: 1-2 hours monthly

• 9th Grade Team Planning, Observation, and Feedback with Team Lead

• Data Analysis and Supports, including Actionable Data Views

• Tool Development

9th Grade Success for Districts and SSOs [DISTRICT-LEVEL PACKAGE]

This package is best suited for districts and school support organizations seeking to develop the system-wide practices and conditions that support 9th Grade Success (3.0 or higher GPA) in all high schools.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

• Professional Development on 9th Grade Systems and Structures

  • One-day commitment for District Leaders and Principals

• Quarterly Virtual Consultation Meetings

• Data Analysis and Supports, including Actionable Data Views

• Tool Development

• School-Based Practice Visits
